Yes. We source through authorized 4Life channels. Items ship sealed with original labels and batch details.
Add products to cart and checkout. Shipping options, fees, and ETA appear at checkout. You’ll get email updates for order and delivery.
We accept major debit/credit cards (and other options depending on location) through PayTabs. Payments are encrypted, and invoices are provided where applicable.
Yes. Logged-in Customers receive 7% off eligible products automatically. (This does not stack with LP Member pricing.)
Customer (free account): 7% off eligible items.
LP Member (paid membership): 20% off eligible items and access to LP points redemption.
Note: LP Member pricing replaces (doesn’t stack with) the 7% Customer discount.
Purchase the Loyalty Program membership (One Time Purchase). When your order is processed, your role becomes LP Member, unlocking 20% off and points redemption features.
Points are calculated on the item’s original price (before any discount). Example: a product priced AED 30 that’s discounted to AED 24 still earns points as if it were AED 30.
Redemption unlocks at 150 LP. On any order, you can redeem up to 15% of your current point balance toward the cart. Points apply to any eligible products in the cart.
Go to My Account → Points & Rewards to view your balance, history, and ways to earn/redeem.
Tick “I don’t have an Affiliate/Consultant.” We’ll apply a default 4Life Affiliate ID so your enrollment proceeds smoothly. You can update this ID before submitting or later via support.
The membership is a virtual product, so when it’s the only item in the cart there’s no shipping. Regular product orders show shipping rates at checkout.
